Small Jobs Are Still Jobs
A running toilet or a dripping faucet is the sort of thing that gets put off, and on Valley water it should not be. Hard water is unforgiving of worn washers and cartridges, and a fixture that has started to leak rarely gets better on its own. These are quick jobs when they are caught early and messier when they are not.

Scale is the reason fixtures fail early in this valley. It builds up in cartridges and aerators, seizes moving parts and wears seals. If you are replacing the same fixtures repeatedly, the fixture is not the problem — the water is. That is a conversation worth having rather than replacing a faucet every few years.
If You Have Bought the Fixture Yourself
That is fine. Plenty of people pick out their own faucets and toilets and just want them fitted properly. We do not mark up fixtures you have already bought and we are not going to tell you the one you chose is wrong in order to sell you a different one.

Call or send the form and we will talk it through. Estimates are free. If we need to come out and diagnose on site, our service call is $145. We work Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 4:00pm. Doug Adair has run this company since 1978, and he still goes out on jobs himself. You get a straight assessment of what your home actually needs — not a list of extras someone was trained to sell you.

Can you install a fixture I bought myself?
Yes. Bring us the fixture and we will fit it.
Why do my faucets keep failing?
Usually hard water. Scale builds up in cartridges and seals and wears them out early. If it keeps happening, treating the water is the real fix.
Do you fix running toilets?
Yes, and it is normally a quick job. A running toilet wastes a surprising amount of water, so it is worth dealing with.
Is a small job worth calling out for?
Yes. Our service call is $145 and we would rather sort out a small problem than see it become a large one.
